1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the On First Click website at onfirstclick.com and to inquiries you send through it. They do not cover paid development work: any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work signed by both sides. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins for that project.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site and contact me about work. You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, use the inquiry form to send spam, malware, or unlawful content, or misrepresent who you are.
3. Inquiries are not a contract
Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or oblige either of us to proceed. Timelines, pricing, and scope discussed informally are indicative until they are written into a signed agreement.
4. Content you send
You keep ownership of what you send. You grant me permission to read and use it for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. Please don’t send confidential material before we have an NDA or signed agreement in place; unsolicited submissions are treated as non-confidential, though I handle them sensibly and privately in practice.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s content, brand name, and design are owned by On First Click. Product names and projects shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners.
6. No warranty on site content
The site is provided “as is”. I aim to keep it accurate and available, but I don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that descriptions of in-development products reflect their final form.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, On First Click is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Third-party links
The site links to other sites and products. I’m not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always posted here with its date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
