Who this covers

What I collect

This site has no accounts, no logins, and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only information I actively collect is what you choose to type into the project inquiry form:

• Your name and email address
• Company or project name (optional)
• Project type and estimated budget range
• The project details you write in the message field

Please do not include sensitive personal information, credentials, or confidential third-party data in the form. In addition, the hosting and infrastructure providers that serve this site process standard technical request data (such as IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamps) in their own server logs for security and reliability.

How the inquiry form works

When you submit the form, the details are validated and sent by my server to an email delivery provider (Resend), which delivers them to my inbox at lauryn@onfirstclick.com. The submission is not written to a public database on this site; it lives in my email inbox and, briefly, in the delivery provider’s logs under their own retention practices.

Why I use it

• To read and reply to your inquiry
• To scope, quote, and discuss potential work
• To keep basic records of business correspondence

I do not sell your information, and I do not add you to a marketing list from this form.

Service providers

I rely on a small number of providers to run this site: a website hosting/deployment platform, an email delivery provider (Resend) for form submissions, and my email provider for the resulting messages. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry emails are kept only as long as they are useful for correspondence and ordinary business records, and are deleted when they are no longer needed. You can ask me to delete your inquiry at any time by emailing lauryn@onfirstclick.com, and I will remove it from my inbox where I am not required to keep it.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit, form input is validated on the server, and API credentials are stored as server-side secrets that are never exposed in the browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and I don’t claim any certification or guarantee.

Your choices

You can contact me instead of using the form, and you can ask what information I hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights; email me and I will respond in good faith.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children.

Changes
